- Office Manager
Responsibilities
•Will report directly to the Regional Manager and Director of Operations.
•Customer assistance and Post financial data to QuickBooks, including: billing, payables, payroll, staff expenses, being able to keep Upper management in the loop with current info.
•Work in conjunction with Director of Operations and Regional Manager
•Assist Director of Operations with scheduling, correspondence, and overall organization
•Maintain job files and data entry for each file both physical copies and digital thru our CRM system.
•Develop, implement, and maintain office operational processes
•Schedule and maintain facilities services
Benefits
•Pay: $40,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year

- Outside Sales Representatives
Responsibilities
•Meet with potential and current clients to discuss their specific and unique needs.
•Preform inspections, provide detailed inspection reports.
•Negotiate sales contracts.
•Good communication skills to keep client informed through every step of the process.
